Who Cares
Who cares if I should live or die?
Or if I laugh, or if I cry?
or if it's counseling I need?
Or if it's hate my heart does breed?
Who cares?
Who cares if I have a hill to climb?
Or if my step is not in rhyme?
Or if my Sun's turned sooty black?
Or if it's inner peace I lack?
Who cares?
So many times you walk on by.
And even though you see me cry.
You never blink or bat an eye.
Do you care?
I guess that I'll be on my way.
To find a better brighter day.
And live my life, come what may.
I'll care!
