Gallus Annulus

I cast
a figure of bronze
cooling it
streams
of water flow
I press the button
releasing
dismissing
the transport
ready to go

I’m an
anonymous artist
with
my own atelier
Sometimes
it becomes
my inspiration’s death
trap there

This time
it won’t abandon
me either
there’s even
too much of it
I’m excreting
another statue
in the studio
I can’t waste it

Uniquely
but
all the time
regularly
I create
and
send my works
into the world
anally
